My dessert selection applies to all menus, including Dining and Casual Dining.


Cold Desserts

Lemon Tart (NF)
classic lemon tart served with with vanilla poached strawberries,
créme fraiche or cream

Tarte Aux Fruits (NF)
classic French tarte with creme patissiére and glazed fresh fruits

Pedro Ximenez Delice (GF)
poached rhubarb, vanilla cream,
apricot and prune poached in Pedro Ximenez sherry,
topped with ultra-smooth chocolate delice
(fruits may vary according to season)

White Chocolate Cheesecake
with Orange, Mango and Lime
biscuit base, creamy cheesecake, 
a mango and lime jelly topping,
served with candied orange, fresh orange,
and clotted cream

Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake Brownie
a rich brownie base swirled with
a white chocolate cheesecake topping,
all baked with fresh raspberries (GF available)

White Chocolate Panna Cotta (GF, NF)
silky smooth individual panna cotta with
poached strawberries, honeycomb and mint
[other fruit according to the season]

Chocolate Amaretto Mousse
over a base of crushed amaretti biscuits, 
served with Amaretto macerated cherries and raisins, 
and chocolate sauce

Chocolate and Salted Caramel Tart (NF)
crispy chocolate pastry, gooey salted caramel, 
topped with  a light chocolate mousse, 
served with clotted cream


Hot Desserts

Ginger and Apple Steamed Pudding
with Ginger Brandy Sauce
traditional style pudding with crunchy apple,
and stem ginger pieces
served with cream or real custard

Toffee Apple and Brioche Pudding
a rich "bread and butter pudding"
served with cream or real custard

IPA Treacle Tart
Golden Syrup, honey and breadcrumb tart
with tangy twists of IPA and grapefruit - very moorish 

Filo Wrapped Vanilla Poached Pear
and Hazelnut Frangipane

with rich chocolate sauce and clotted cream

Lemon and Raspberry Sponge Pots (NF)
light lemon sponge baked on top of creamy raspberries,
serevd with chocolate swirl shortbread

Sticky Toffee Pudding with Glazed Banana (NF)
with treacle sauce, clotted cream or ice-cream

Chocolate Fondants (NF)
rich and hot, with salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream


  Seasonal fruit salads, crumbles and pies made on request

GF - Gluten Free
NF - Nut Free (although there are nuts on the premises)
All desserts can be made suitable for vegetarians:
please advise in advance so I can substitute
vegetarian gelatine where necessary
