Hartingtons of Bakewell is a new, exciting project in the heart of the Peak District, established by Chris and Julie Horne. Their ambition is to create a venue that will provide a range of food experiences for people who love their food.

I am honoured and excited to have been approached by Chris and Julie to provide a range of cookery days and half days commencing January 2012. The courses will be suitable for beginners as well as more accomplished cooks. My philosophy is to make the days fun as well as providing students with skills and ideas to take home and inspire them to cook for themselves, friends and family.

As you can see from the photos we are lucky to have such superb facilities to work in, in such a beautiful location. I look forward to seeing you there!
