Brosterfield Farm Cookery Workshops are a wonderful way to spend a relaxing day cooking, eating and relaxing out in the beautiful Peak District near Foolow, Derbyshire.
The day runs from 9.30am to mid afternoon, with breaks for coffee and lunch. You will learn a range of themed dishes in a relaxed and fun atmosphere in the newly custom fitted teaching kitchen, which also has lounge seating, a dining area where you will eat lunch, and a lovely airy conservatory. Plus you can take a walk in the grounds if it gets too hot in the kitchen.
The classes are run by myself, and hostess Penny will be on hand serving fresh coffee, croissants and biscuits throughout the day.
Penny and Steve Molyneux, who own the farm, also have two superbly well appointed holiday cottages on the site, so you can also choose to arrange your own custom themed cookery day with friends, at a time to suit yourself, and stay over in the cottages overnight.
Our aim is to give you an enjoyable and luxurious day out, whilst you learn some dishes that you really will go home and cook for yourself.
